•Respond to all Corporate RFPs, LNR Inquiries, and Group leads within 4 hours

•Facilitate consistent communication with hotels, daily if needed

•Negotiate and execute contracts (Groups & LNR)

•Host bi-weekly sales meeting

•Manage group block cutoff dates & pickup

•Provide bi-weekly reporting recaps on sales activities

•RDOS will have training and experience in hotel sales protocols
